Il y a 60 ans Juan \u2018El Maestro\u2019 Fangio remportait pour la quatri\u00e8me fois cons\u00e9cutive le Championnat du Monde de Formule 1. A cette occasion, TAG Heuer pr\u00e9sente une \u00e9dition limit\u00e9e et num\u00e9rot\u00e9e de sa c\u00e9l\u00e8bre Formula 1.<\/p>\n

Paris, Le 1er Novembre 2017 \u2013 L\u2019histoire du motoracing serait incompl\u00e8te sans la mention de Juan Manuel Fangio. Le c\u00e9l\u00e8bre argentin remporta 5 fois la Coupe du Monde de Formule 1, dont quatre fois cons\u00e9cutivement et il fallut attendre 47 ans avant que son record ne soit battu par Michael Schumacher en 2003.<\/p>\n

Soixante ans apr\u00e8s sa derni\u00e8re victoire (1957), la nouvelle TAG Heuer Formula 1 Edition Limit\u00e9e Fangio rend hommage \u00e0 la l\u00e9gende qui a longtemps inspir\u00e9 Jack Heuer et ancre toujours un peu plus l\u2019horloger Suisse dans le sport automobile.<\/p>\n

Ce chronographe m\u00eale \u00e9l\u00e9gance et esprit sportif gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 son boitier de 43mm en acier bross\u00e9 et ses trois bandes de course appos\u00e9es sur le cadran. La touche Fangio se retrouve de par les couleurs de ces bandes rappelant le drapeau de l\u2019argentine, et par la signature du pilote sur le fond de boite.<\/p>\n

Fangio a la particularit\u00e9 d\u2019\u00eatre devenu pilote professionnel tr\u00e8s tard. D\u2019abord footballeur, puis m\u00e9canicien et enfin soldat, il fait ses d\u00e9buts en 1938 \u00e0 bord d\u2019une Ford V8 lors du championnat automobile argentin le \u00ab Turismo Carretera \u00bb.<\/p>\n

Il se fait rapidement conna\u00eetre en remportant les principales courses d\u2019endurance d\u2019Am\u00e9rique du Sud dont la tr\u00e8s r\u00e9put\u00e9e Carrera Panamericana. Cette derni\u00e8re inspira la gamme Carrera \u00e0 Jack Heuer des ann\u00e9es plus tard. C\u2019est en 1951 que Fangio gagne son premier Championnat du Monde, il sera ensuite suivi par quatre autres titres, dont trois avec Ferrrari et le dernier avec Maserati.<\/p>\n
